Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission gear which can be assembled readily, easily, and quickly by constituting the gear, in such a way that a gear for high-speed rotation is meshed with a pinion for high-speed rotation through the window of a bearing casing when the bearing casing is assembled. SOLUTION: A retarder structure group 1 has a rotor 2, a rotor casing 3, and a retarder shaft 4 and the retarder shaft 4 is provided with a retarder gear 5. The retarder shaft 4 is supported by a conical roller bearing 6.1 on one side and a cylindrical roller bearing 6.2 on the other side. The conical roller bearing 6.1 is surrounded by a ring 7, having a Q-shaped cross section in the radial direction and the two bearings 6.1 and 6.3 themselves are supported in a retarder casing 8. Namely, the retarder shaft 4 is only supported by the retarder casing 8 through the bearings 6.1 and 6.2. In addition, the retarder gear 5 is meshed with the corresponding gear of a transmission gear 12. Therefore, a transmission gear can be assembled with flange quickly in a transmission gear casing and can be taken out again from the casing.
