Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform independent power control of plural carriers transmitted from a base station to a mobile station by transmitting N/X pieces of power control instructions from the mobile station to a base station. SOLUTION: A base station transmits N pieces of subchannels to a mobile station 10. The power control circuit 18a of the station 10 transmits N/X pieces of power control instructions about each subchannel to be received to the base station and performs power control for a closed loop to N pieces of subchannels. X is a positive integer within the range such that its value is equal to one or larger than one and smaller than N, so that N/X is an integer. The N/X pieces of power control instructions are used to change the gain of N pieces of adjustable gain stages of the base station.
