Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a toner having high productivity and low temp. fixing property by using a crosslinked aliphatic alcohol-based polyester resin and a non-crosslinked aromatic alcohol polyester resin as a binder resin. SOLUTION: As for the binder resin, a crosslinked aliphatic alcohol-based polyester resin and a non-crosslinked aromatic alcohol-based polyester resin are used. Preferably, the crosslinked aliphatic alcohol-based polyester resin has 5 to 20 wt.% gel content and 130 to 155 deg.C softening point. The non- crosslinked aromatic alcohol-based polyester has substantially no gel content and 90 to 120 deg.C softening point. The crosslinked aliphatic alcohol-based polyester resin used is mainly obtd. by polymn. condensation of polyvalent carboxylic acids and aliphatic polyhydric alcohols. As for the aromatic alcohol, bivalent aromatic alcohols can be mainly used.
