METHOD AND SYSTEM CONSTITUTION FOR EQUIPMENT ARRANGEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT OF CONFOCAL MICROSCOPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method by which the equipment arrangement and adjustment of a confocal microscope, specially a laser scanning microscope generating a laser beam having single or plural spectral beams, collimating and radiating the laser beam on a sample incorporation a fluorescent dye or coated with the fluorescent dye is accurately and easily executed. SOLUTION: The exciting wavelength and the discharge wavelength of the various kinds of fluorescent dyes are recorded in separate data files and are stored in a data storing device 34. Further, a radiation laser spectrum for a sample 16 and a transmission spectrum obtained by an equipped filter which are adjustable by a microscope are similarly recorded and stored in a data file so the preset data for microscope arrangement and adjustment are obtained from the calculation working of the data file.
