Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace a separate type of component by forming the component into units with a part configuration corresponding to applications. SOLUTION: A device is divided into an X-ray generation unit part 1, a detection unit part 3, and a control unit part 4, and the unit part 3 is mounted to the unit parts 1 and 4 with screws. The X-ray generation unit part 1 applies high and low voltages to an X-ray generation tube 11 from high and low voltage sources 12 and 13, respectively, to generation X rays 6. A line sensor 14 for X rays of the detection unit part 3 applies light from the X-ray generation tube 11, detects a data through an object 2 to be inspected, and transmits it to an image-processing part 16 of the control unit part 4. The image-processing part 16 judges whether a received transmission data signal is conforming or not, which is displayed by a display part 17 via a control part 18. In this case, the detection part unit 3 can be removed by unscrewing, a detection unit part for an image intensifier is mounted at the removed part, and software for image processing can also be switched corresponding to the detection part.
