Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extrude a quickly exothermic solidifying powder by cooling a material to be treated by a method wherein a cooling means for cooling an outer periphery of a kneading molder is provided in the kneading molder equipped with a pair of traversal axle extruding rotors provided in a trough wherein a raw material inlet is provided in an upper part on one end wall side and a die is provided on the other extruding end wall. SOLUTION: A quick exothermic solidifying powder as a material to be treated, for example, a demineralized residue and a cement are charged from a charge opening 4, they are sent to paddles 7, 7' while they are mixed by feed screws 6, 6'. In this case, the material to be treated coming in contact with a bore of a trough 3 is cooled through a liquid cooling jacket 3h by cooling water having flowed into a cooling water inlet 3h1 from a pipe line 18a of a pipe line 18 branched from a feed water pipe 16. The treated material passed through the paddles 7, 7' goes toward a die 5 by extruding screws 8, 8', and it reaches clearance δ between end faces of the extruding screws 8, 8' and a die holder 11 while a solidifying speed is retarded since it is cooled by water flowing through the liquid cool jacket 3h during that time. |
