SOLUTION: This toilet stool device can be used for passing stools by sitting on it and is provided with a leg stand 11 whose upper part becomes a seat position and which can be moved by folding. The stand 11 is obtained by combining a leg part 12 and a seat frame 13 supported by the part 12 and a toilet seat 20 is provided on the frame 13 in the state of being capable of jumping up. In addition, in order to surround the lower side of the seat 20, a surrounding member 30 is attachably and detachably provided at the frame 13.
