DIAL-UP ROUTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the scale of a dial-up router, without providing a terminal to execute a name address solution in a LAN side containing the dial-up router by eliminating the need for revising registered contents of routing tables of all dial-up routers so as to improve the operability. SOLUTION: This dial-up router 1 that receivers a LAM terminal name of a destination sent by LAM terminals 10, 11 connects to a connection transfer destination corresponding to the LAN terminal name registered in a name routing table 7. The dial-up router 1 receives an address of a terminal contained in the other LAM to execute name address solution informed from the connection transfer destination, informs the terminal address of the LAN terminal name of the destination to acquire the address that is solved. The dial-up router 1 registers the destination name and the connection transfer destination to the name routing table 7 and conducts dial-up routing based on the destination name after that.
