Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a fear of leakage of a refrigerant having toxicity such as ammonia or the like by supplying flowable ice water to a plurality of individual coolers dispersively disposed from a concentrically provided central cooler. SOLUTION: A central cooler 1 is coupled to a thermal storage tank 2 used also as a mixer for forming flowable ice water by mixing storage heat, ice water and water via channels 3a, 3b. Further, a plurality of individual coolers 4a to 4n are dispersively disposed at predetermined positions in a food factory, and the thus disposed coolers 4a to 4n are connected in series with a branch passage 7 formed at a circulating passage connected to the tank 2. The passage 5 is constituted to be returned to the cooler 1 via the tank 2 to supply flowable ice water to the coolers 4a to 4n. Thus, leakage of the refrigerant having toxicity such as ammonia or the like can be prevented. |
