Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove a hazardous low-melting compound such as an alkali, chlorine, sulfur or a heavy metal contained in a waste gas from a granulating furnace in a fluidized bed apparatus for baking a cement. SOLUTION: This method for fluidized bed burning of a cement comprises feeding a part of a waste gas from a granulating furnace 11 from a free board 33 of the granulating furnace 11, jetting and feeding cooling air to a bleeding and takeout part 34, cooling the bled waste gas within the range of 500-800 deg.C, then introducing the cooled waste gas into a cyclone 46, separating and collecting a coarse granular dust, returning at least a part of the collected coarse granular dust to the granulating furnace 11, circulating and introducing a part of the waste gas from the cyclone 46 into the free board 33 of the granulating furnace 11 and discharging the residual waste gas from the cyclone 46 to the outside of the system in the method for the fluidized bed burning of the cement comprising introducing a cement raw material powder preheated in a raw material preheating line into the fluidized bed granulating furnace 11, granulating the powder, then classifying and discharging the resultant granulated material from the granulating furnace 11, charging the discharged granulated material into a fluidized bed baking furnace 12, burning the granulated material, subsequently introducing the burnt material into coolers 14 and 16 and cooling the burnt material.
