Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a hard vinyl chloride pipe excellent in solvent stress cracking resistance by reducing the accumulation of internal stress by cooling a pipe from the inner and outer surfaces thereof in extrusion molding. SOLUTION: The tubular resin molten matter extruded from an extrusion mold 10 is cooled from the inner surface thereof by an inner surface cooling mandrel 20 and subsequently passed through a cooling water tank 30 to be cooled from the outer surface thereof. By this constitution, the accumulation of the residual stress of a hard vinyl chloride pipe can be reduced.
