Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the overheating of a shell while reinforcing the shell in an electrolytic cell and to simplify the mounting structure of the electrolytic cell to a case and that of a passage switching valve. SOLUTION: At least a couple of electrodes are held between a couple of platy shells 21d and 21e made of a resin, the peripheral parts are integrated by such a connecting means as a machine screw 21m, and the water flowing between the couple of electrodes is electrolyzed in the electrolytic cell 21 of an electrolyzed water generator. Air passage P1, P2 and P3 are formed between the outer side faces of the shells 21d and 21e, reinforcing plates 21f, 21g, 21h, 21i, 21j and 21k are arranged on the outer side faces of the shells 21d and 21e to suppress the deformation of the shells 21d and 21e, and the reinforcing plates are mounted by the use of the connecting means. Further, the reinforcing plates are integrally provided with the mounting parts 21h1 and 21i1 of the electrolyzed water generator to the case and the mounting parts 21j1 and 21k1 of the passage switching valve.
