Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a card to be loaded again by making it possible to easily take the card out even if it is mis-inserted by providing a top plate above a guide rail which prevents the card from being mis-inserted. SOLUTION: This device 1 is provided with a couple of opposite guide rails 3 and 4 and a connector 5 above a substrate 2, and the guide rails 3 and 4 are provided with the top plate 6. The top plate 6 has a nearly T-shaped plane part 6a and leg parts 6b to 6d bent downward from the plane part 6a, and the leg parts 6b and 6c are fixed to the substrate 2 while the leg part 6d is fixed to the connector 5. Then when the PC card is loaded in an information processor, the PC card is inserted from the opening part of the processor so as to engage the guide rails 3 and 4 of the storage device 1. If the card is mis-inserted and unable to engage the guide rails 3 and 4, the movement of the PC card is inhibited by the top plate 6, so the PC card never enters the information processor.
