Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently drill a handrail hole for mounting a handrail on the wall face of a manhole. SOLUTION: A lifting cylinder 12 is provided at the end of the arm 6 of a hydraulic shovel 1, an electric drill 23 is mounted at the lower end of the lifting cylinder 12 via a moving mechanism 14 and a drill moving cylinder 25 is provided for the electric drill 23 to be moved in a manhole 8 in the longitudinal direction. The electric drill 23 held in the manhole 8 by the lifting cylinder 12 is moved to the longitudinal direction by the drill moving cylinder 25 to push a drilling tool 23A of the electric drill 23 against the wall face 8A of the manhole 8. In this way, a handrail hole is efficiently and safely drilled.
