Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To converge a tear-terminating point at a pointed end part of a non- welded part by providing a cutting notch in an upper part of a side edge welded part of a packaging bag, and providing the an welded part having the pointed end part at the position corresponding to the unsealed side edge welded part. SOLUTION: A laminate film in which a polyolefin thermal bond resin layer such as polyethylene is laminated on one surface, and a film having a relatively high mechanical strength such as a biaxially oriented polyester film is laminated on the other surface with an aluminum foil as a center, is used for face and back side synthetic resin films 1, 1". In the two synthetic resin films 1, 1", their peripheral edge parts 2 are thermally bonded with thermal bond layers opposite to each other. A part of the side edge part is thermally bonded to form a holding part 3, and an unwelded part 4 having a pointed end part is provided on its holding part 3. A cutting notch 6 is provided on the side edge part.
