SOLUTION: A lever punched out of a thick plate stock is of approximately rectangular section, and its manufacturing cost is reduced. Tips of annular projections 7c, 7d formed on an inner circumference of a second opening part 7b of a boot are brought into contact with an outer circumferential surface of the lever, and a sealing grease is filled in a space 9 between the annular projections 7c, 7d to ensure the sufficient sealability between the boot 7 and the lever.
