Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill for an aqueous ink ballpoint pen for giving a beautiful visual impression by incorporating a much taste in a plurality of handwriting colors and constituting a pattern having a much taste in an ink in an ink cylinder and a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: A plurality of aqueous inks 1a, 1b having viscosities of 45 mPa.S or more, specific gravity difference of the inks of 0.05 or less, and different colors using pigments of coloring agents are filled in a laminar state or spirally in a transparent ink cylinder 1 having a ballpoint pen tip 3 connected to its tip end. Further, injection needles respectively mounted at ends of a plurality of ink tanks are inserted into the cylinder 1, and the plurality of the inks are injected from the needles while drawing the needles.
