Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web rotary press which is capable of printing only one of the sides of a material web and replacing a printing plate on the other side of the material web during printing. SOLUTION: An offset printing machine 100 is equipped with a first plate cylinder 101, a first rubber cylinder 102, a second rubber cylinder 103 and a second plate cylinder 104. In addition, the offset printing machine 100 has a first operating mode and a second operating mode and when the machine is set in the first operating mode, the first plate cylinder 101 is brought into contact with the first rubber cylinder 102, so that the double side printing of a material web 108 can be performed. When the machine is set in the second operating mode, the first plate cylinder 101 is separated from the first rubber cylinder 102 and a printing plate on the first plate cylinder 101 can be replaced while the material web 108 is printed by the second rubber cylinder 103.
