FLUORORESIN FILM-COVERED CEMENT MOLDED MATTER AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molded matter excellent in a weatherability, an air pollution resistance and a chemical resistance by a method wherein the cement molded matter is covered with a film mainly made of a fluororesin, which is selected from the group consisting of the homopolymer of a vinylidene fluoride and a copolymer. SOLUTION: This molded matter is manufactured by a post-placed form method, in which a cement-based kneaded matter is placed in a form so as to be unloaded after being hardened in order to install a fluororesin-based covering material on a cement molded matter unloaded from the form, or by a prefabricated form method, in which the fluororesin-based covering material is installed in advance inside the form before the placement of the kneaded matter and then the kneaded matter of a cement molded matter is placed in the mold and unloaded from the form after being hardened. The fluororesin-based covering material represents as fluororesin-based film, a fluororesin-based film/base material layer, or a fluororesin-based film/base material/anchor layer, the half or more of the fluororesin-based film consists of a fluororesin made of the homopolymer of a vinylidene flluoride and a copolymer. Thus, the obtained molded matter is excellent in a weatherability, an air pollution resistance and a chemical resistance and withstands its long term use.
