Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the longitudinal dimension of the whole device and to open/close a shutter smoothly at high speed. SOLUTION: An air cylinder 6 is oscillatingly supported to a cover 1 of a machine tool. A piston rod 8 is connected to a shutter 3 through a joint 9, and an opening part 2 of the cover 1 is opened/closed by the shutter 3. The cover 1 is provided with a storage part 1 for storing the shutter 3 in the open position, in a curved state, and this storage part 11 is provided with a curved guide 12 for guiding a roller 21 of the joint 9.
