DEVICE FOR CLEANING MEMBRANE CARTRIDGE WITH LIQUID CHEMICAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and effectively clean plural flat-plate dip type membrane cartridges vertically arranged at prescribed intervals in a membrane case opened at the upper and lower parts. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a cleaning tank storing a liq. cleaning chemical, fluildizing means for fluidizing the chemical, a hanger 4 suspended from a hoist 3 and integrally hanging plural membrane cartridges 22 up and down, a space holding means 5 for holding prescribed intervals between cartridges 22 and a cleaning membrane case housing the plural cartridges 22 mounted by the means 5 inside and being attached and detached in the cleaning tank. As a result, the cartridges 22 arranged in the case 25 are efficiently moved, cleaned with the chemical and returned into the case 25. Filter membranes 22B are prevented from being damaged when put into and out of the case 25 and the cleaning tank.
