Further, since this device is provided with a display part 106 for displaying contents in the internal data base and a simulate part 107 for calculating the display speed of reception terminal equipment based on the internal data base and parameter information expressing the performance of the reception terminal equipment, the contents of program information can be displayed in the format of the program table.
