PROGRAM INFORMATION PROGRAMMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate or automatically generate program information, which is to be provided to an electric program guide(EPG) generator, and to display the contents of that program information in the format of a program table in a program information broadcasting system. SOLUTION: Concerning a program information programming device provided with an internal data base preparing part 103 for preparing an internal data base from input information and providing the program information readable for the EPG generator to the EPG generator, by using an estimate model described by modeling the program information or the program history of the internal data base in the past, the estimated program information can be easily automatically generated and provided to the EPG generator. Further, since this device is provided with a display part 106 for displaying contents in the internal data base and a simulate part 107 for calculating the display speed of reception terminal equipment based on the internal data base and parameter information expressing the performance of the reception terminal equipment, the contents of program information can be displayed in the format of the program table.
