MAGNETIC HEAD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic head which is small in size and strong against impacts. SOLUTION: Notches 23 are formed at corner parts 22 of first and second short side parts 811, 812 and a second long side part 822 of a back yoke 5 and terminal base 20d of the bobbin 20 of a recording...

Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic head which is small in size and strong against impacts. SOLUTION: Notches 23 are formed at corner parts 22 of first and second short side parts 811, 812 and a second long side part 822 of a back yoke 5 and terminal base 20d of the bobbin 20 of a recording and reproduction coil 6 and the terminal base 20d of the bobbin 20 of an erasure coil 7 are arranged in the notches 23 and a shield cover 32 is provided so as to cover first, second and third leg parts 10a, 10b, 10c which include the winding wire 6A of the recording and reproduction coil 6 and the winding wire 7A of the erase coil 7 and the front core 3 is jointed to an outside body 8 and the shield cover 32. Thus, the cross-linked part of the front core 3 becomes almost unnecessary. As a result, the strength of the core 3 becomes larger and the core 3 prevented from being damaged by receiving imact force. Since the terminal base 20d of the recording and reproduction coil 6 and the terminal base 20d of the erase coil 7 are substantially housed in the notches 23 and they are arranged at the outside of the back yoke 5, this magnetic head is more miniaturized by the equivalent portion. |
