SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger 1 comprising a pair of header pipes 2a, 2b, and a heat exchanging pipe 3 communicating the pipe 2a with the pipe 25; blocks 10, 20 each having an inlet 11 or 21 of a heating medium for closing opening ends of the pipes 2a, 2b and communicating with the opening ends via a communicating passage 11a, or 21a are mounted at ends of the pipes 2a, 2b.
