Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a vibration absorbing means lightweight and compact in size with such a simple structure as entailing no weight increase of a passage formative body, in a vibration noise reducer wherein the vibration absorbing means, absorbing any vibration to be transmitted from a vibration generating part via a liquid in a liquid passage, is installed in the passage formative body forming the liquid passage to which at least a part of the vibration generating part is adjoined. SOLUTION: A vibration absorbing means 161 is comprised of a block body 181 with a supporting cylinder part 241 being peripherally provided with an external thread 28 to be screwed with an internal thread 23 being installed in the inner surface of a mounting hole 17 to be installed in an outer wall part 11b of a passage formative body, and an elastic diaphragm 191 whose one side is adjoined to the liquid passage 14 while the other side is adjoined to a space part 20 made up in a gaps with the block body 181 and being attached to an inner end of the block body 181, and in this constitution, a bottomed tool engaging hole 351 being opened to an outer end of the block body 181 is installed in the block body 181 after setting up a part along the axial direction of the tool engaging hole 351 within the axial range W, where the external thread 28 is set up, by the supporting cylinder part 24.
