Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a sealing property by constituting a double air seal by a pair of first annular grooves and forming a drain passage to the outside of the rotating shaft therebetween. SOLUTION: A pair of first annular grooves 18, 19 are formed between an inner periphery of a front cap 14 and an outer periphery of a main spindle 22 at an outer position than a bearing 13 in an axial direction of the main spindle 22 and a second annular groove 20 is formed between a pair of annular grooves 18, 19. The second annular groove 20 is communicated with an opened drain passage 21 provided on an outer periphery of the front cap 14. Thereby, it can be prevented that a coolant and a foreign matter arrive at the bearing 13 at the inside of the main shaft device 10.
