Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchoring method for main reinforcement of a beam and its anchoring construction at a column to beam jointing portion for a struc ture with easy arrangement of bars and concrete pouring work at the column to beam jointing portion without requiring a large quantity of reinforcing bars. SOLUTION: At the column to beam jointing portion 3 for a reinforced concrete column 1 and a reinforced concrete beam 2, an anchoring portion 4a of the end portion of a bottom bar 4 of the beam 2 is bent up at the column to beam jointing portion with anchoring projection length L of more than 15d (d is the diameter of bar) but less than (M-W)/2 (where, M is the height of column, W is the width of arrangement of bottom bars in a perpendicular direction) which is bent up and anchored before reaching a bar at the opposite side.
