APPARATUS FOR ATTACHING SHEET-LIKE OBJECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency and also largely reduce a cost such as personnel expenses by making a constitution wherein cases receiving containers in a plurality of longitudinal and lateral arrays are intermittently carried and sheet- like objects such as leaflets can be simultaneously attached to a single longitudinal or lateral array of the containers by a robot. SOLUTION: Cases 6 where four containers 4 in a longitudinal line and three containers 4 in a lateral line are received are separately and intermittently carried at constant intervals by a box transfer conveyer 8 which is intermittently operating, and they are stopped at predetermined positions. Three sets of introduction conveyers 18 and discharging conveyers 20 of a magazine 16 for holding numerous leaflets are placed orthogonally to the box transfer conveyer 8, and three robots 24 are respectively placed in the vicinity of an intersection of both conveyers. A packing head is attached to the robot 24 for taking by suction four leaflets simultaneously from the magazine 16 stopping at a downstream end of the introduction conveyer 18 and simultaneously attaching necks of the containers 4 in a single longitudinal line in the case 6 on the box transfer conveyer 8.
