PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the transparent resin laminate excellent in weatherability and scratch resistance, good in the adhesion of respective constitution layers, having a colored shield part having excellent solvent resistance and excellent in product appearance and productivity. SOLUTION: In a transparent resin laminate having a shield part constituted by laminating a colored shield layer comprising a resin on the surface of a transparent resin substrate 2 at a predetermined position and successively laminating a primer layer 4 comprising an acrylic resin and a silicone hard-coat layer 5 to the substrate 2 on the side of the shield layer 3 to integrate them with the substrate, the colored shield layer 3 is constituted of a crosslinked resin obtained by reacting a curable resin compsn. consisting of a vinyl chloride/ vinyl acetate copolymer resin having two or more functional groups having active hydrogen in its molecule and a urethane resin with a polyisocyanate compd.
