CUTTING DEVICE FOR LAMINATED SHEET MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately cut off a plurality of laminated sheet materials with no slipping-off. SOLUTION: A movable body 3O having a movable blade 21 mounted in the inner side of a casing 2, is placed in the inner side of the casing 2 to which a stationary blade 10 is mounted, a crank pin 18a is engaged with a crank pin guide 34, a driving shaft 13 is drivingly rotated by a motor 15 so as to allow the movable body 3O to be reciprocated, by letting the knife edge of a stationary blade and the knife edge of a movable blade be mutually pressed against each other in a sliding manner, sheet materials in which the plural number of sheets are laminated are cut off. A timing means which drivingly opens/closes a press link 60 while being synchronized with the movement of the movable blade 21 by means of an off-set cam 45 fixed to a driving shaft and a link mechanism 46 and 51, thereby allows a pressing plate 68 to be driven in such a way as to be pressed against the sheet material by means of a coil spring 66 earlier than a cutting time, and also in such a way as to allow the aforesaid plate to be released from the sheet material after the material has been cut off.
