Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To include a Parylene(R)-coated article improved in residence time by providing a device including a Parylene(R)-coated article, and making an adhesive adhere to the Parylene(R) coating. SOLUTION: A clavus pad 10 is formed by an article 30, a Parylene(R) coating 20 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive 28. The article 30 is formed by an outer top cover 2 coupled to a soft cushion layer 6. The Parylene(R) coating forming a continuous coating in the periphery of the article 30 including a top cover 2 and a cushion layer 6 is formed by an upper part 20a and a lower part 20b. The Parylene(R) upper part 20a typically has a coefficient of friction lower than that of the top surface 12 of the top cover 2. The cushion layer 6 can be of uniform thickness or non-uniform thickness depending upon its use. A pressure-sensitive adhesive 28 is bonded or fixed to the Parylene(R) coating 20b, thereby coating the lower surface of the cushion layer 6. |
