CLOSURE FOR COMMUNICATION CABLE CONNECTION AND ITS ARRANGING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically construct the electric communication line network of an underground wiring area through the use of an optical fiber cable and network terminal equipment. SOLUTION: A communication cable connection closure 6 which stores the connection part of a communication cable has an end face board 8, a capsule- like sleeve 7 positioned at the upper part of the end face board 8 and a fixing band 10 which connects the end face board 8 and the capsule-like sleeve 7 to an outer wall. The end face board 8 is constituted of a side face having a single or a plurality of cable insertion ports 801 and a lower base, the capsule- like sleeve 7 is constituted of a side part and an upper base, and the fixed band 10 has a structure covering the connection part where end faces are abutted on the end face board 8 and the capsule-like sleeve 7 side part.
