Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dielectric strength between stem pins of a cathode-ray tube. SOLUTION: In an electric insulator 1 for insulating part between stem pins 4 formed between a stem 2 and a stem base 3 of a cathode-ray tube and erected in the stem 2, a fixing part 11 caught between the stem 2 and the stem base 3 and a projecting part 12 which is wrapped into a tip receiving part 31 of the stem base 3 are formed integrally. In this case, the electrical insulator 1 so formed as to provide the fixing part 11 with pin receiving parts 13 for receiving the stem pins 4 to become insulated objects, and the cathode-ray tube, wherein each of the electric insulator 1 is installed between the stem 2 and stem base 3 are provided.
