SOLUTION: A center device 10 consists of an arithmetic means 11, a timer device 12, an input means 13, an output means 14, a communication control means 15, and a data base 16. A terminal device 30 consists of an arithmetic means 31, a timer device 32, an input means 33, an output means 34, a certificate printing, carrying-out, and collecting means 35, a charge paying and collecting means 36, a detecting means 37 such as a sensor, a card reading and writing means 38, a communication control means 39, and a data base 40. When the service of a customer service terminal is controlled according to management information on the stock state of service resources incorporated in the customer service terminal, the location information on the terminal which is installed most closely to the terminal and in operation is outputted to the user according to the operation information and location information on all the terminals including the terminal. |
