Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a manufacturing process by increasing the degree of freedom of the arrangement of an antenna coil provided at a base material in an information storage medium for storing information by using an antenna coil. SOLUTION: An IC chip 62 is provided at a surface side 61a of a print circuit board 61, and an antenna coil 63 is provided at a back side 61b of the print circuit board 61. Then, each edge of the antenna coil 63 is conducted through a through-hole 65b with the surface side 61a of the print circuit board 61, and wire bonded through a wire 67b or the like so that an IC chip 62 can be electrically connected with the antenna coil 63.
