Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption by measuring a voltage on the input side of a power saving device and a voltage on the output side, measuring the power consumption of a load on the output side and obtaining and displaying the electric energy of energy saving when the load is a resistance component load. SOLUTION: The voltages on the input side and output side of a power saving device 3 are operated by a voltage arithmetic part 1b for the input side of the power saving device 3 and a voltage arithmetic part 1c for the output side of the power saving device 3. Besides, the power consumption of the load on the output side of the power saving device 3 is operated by an arithmetic part 1a for power. When the load is the resistance component load, the electric energy of energy saving is calculated from the values of power and voltages operated by the respective arithmetic parts 1a-1c by an energy saving arithmetic part 1a. That calculated electric energy of energy saving is displayed on a display part 1e for the outside. Thus, a system capable of managing the electric energy of energy saving at all the time while reducing power consumption can be constructed.
