PREDICTION METHOD OF NATURAL MAKEUP SKIN COLOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an easier selection of makeup products that allow creation of natural makeup skin color by objectively predicting of a natural makeup skin color (namely, makeup skin color which satisfies the desire to correct plain skin color while making it feel the most natural) to produce the color for individual subjects intended to apply the makeup product. SOLUTION: Color before the application of makeup products is measured for a plurality of subjects while a measurement of a natural makeup skin color is made to determine a regression straight line of a color measured value before the application of the makeup products and a color measured value of the natural makeup color. Based on the results, the natural makeup skin color for the arbitrary subject is predicted from the color measured value before the application of the makeup products of the subject. To determine the makeup products for producing the natural makeup skin color, the makeup skin color of the subject is predicted for a plurality of makeup products to minimize the distance in color space between a predicted value of the makeup skin color and a predicted value of the natural makeup skin color.
