Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system with a simple structure which can pump up a heat by a heat pump and generate an electricity simultaneously and increase an energy conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: This system has an electricity generation means 1, a heat pump 2 and a drive means 3 for driving the compressor 20 of the electricity generation means 1 and the heat pump 2 and further a control means 4 for controlling the electricity generation load of the electricity generation means 1 in response to the drive load of the compressor 20 of the heat pump 2. The control means 4 is provided with AVR 40 for controlling the electricity generation load of a high speed generator 1, an inverter system connection board 41 for converting a current generated by the high speed generator 1 to a prescribed frequency and a shaft output sensor 42 which is a detection means for detecting the shaft output of a gas turbine.
