Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-control structure which shows a high vibration- control performance and hardly generates a positional deviation, even when the structure is applied to a perpendicular base. SOLUTION: This vibration-control structure comprises (A) a vibration-control sheet formed of butyl rubber or an acrylic resin of -20 deg.C or lower glass transition temperature to be laminated on the vibration base of a vehicle, (B) a restraining material foamed sheet containing (b1) 100 pts.wt. of epoxy resin, (b2) 0.5-20 pts.wt. potential curing agent, (b3) 10-200 pts.wt. of pulverized thermoplastic resin of 150 μm or less average particle dia. which is insoluble in the epoxy resin at a room temperature and miscible and dispersible with the epoxy resin at 80-150 deg.C, and (b4) a foaming agent whose decomposition gas generating temperature is 100-220 deg.C, and (C) a plastic coating sheet to be laminated on the restraining material foamed sheet. The lamination thickness of (A), (b) and (C) is 1.0-4.5 mm, and the density is 1.0-2.6 g/cm3. |
