Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve property balance by forming a layer constituent including a polymer composition of a linear low-density polyethylene of which density is less than predetermined value, low-density polyethylene of which density is more than predetermined value, and syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene. SOLUTION: A layer constituent includes a polymer composition of a linear low-density polyethylene of which density is less than 0.910 g/cm2, low-density polyethylene of which density is more than 0.920 g/cm2, and syndiotactic 1,2- polybutadien. A container body is constituted from at least one layer of this composition and at least one layer of other polymer (or polymer composition). Since pit-like patches do not appear on a surface of the container after sterilizing and cooling, preferable transparency, flexibility and heat-resisting property can be maintained.
