PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food or a medicine having preventing effects for a drunken sickness and hangover and capable of reducing a bad effect to mind and body caused by the drinking by containing a γ-linolenic acid-containing oil and fat emulsified with a bile of an animal, etc. SOLUTION: This food or medicine having effects of preventing a drunken sickness and hangover, contains a γ-linolenic acid-containing oil and fat emulsified with a bile or a bile powder of an animal such as a cattle, etc. Further, the food or medicine is prepared by formulating e.g. in one tablet; 275.0 mg reduced maltose thick syrup, 78.7 mg egg shell calcium, 53 mg liver essence, 40 mg bile powder, 12.5 mg sucrose fatty acid ester, 36.7 mg lactose, 6.2 mg calcium phosphate, 5.5 mg corn starch, 1.2 mg vitamin E, 1 mg shellac, 0.7 mg gum arabic, 0.7 mg BORAZI oil, 0.6 mg gelatine, 0.2 mg glycerol, 0.2 mg talc and 0.2 mg gardenia pigment.
