Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient reception system which can inform a patient of the waiting time of a department where the patient wishes to consult a doctor, can make a difference between waiting times at each department smaller, and can reduce the waiting time of the patient as much as possible, and a recording medium having recorded its processing program thereon. SOLUTION: This device has waiting time estimation means S14 to S18 and S20 to S24 for estimating a waiting time for a consultation a patient specifies from the number of patients and an average waiting time and an output means S28 for outputting the waiting time estimated by the waiting time estimation means. In this way, since the waiting time for the consultation the patient specifies is estimated from the number of patients and the average waiting time and the estimated waiting time is outputted, the patient can know how long the waiting time is at the time of reception.
