EXCLUSIVE CONTROLLER FOR SHARED RESOURCE, METHOD THEREFOR AND RECORDING MEDIUM FOR RECORDING EXCLUSIVE CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exclusive controller and exclusive control method of a shared resource preventing a process waiting state due to exclusive control when a normal shared resource is not changed, and preventing the deterioration of the processing performance of this system, and a recording medium for recording an exclusive control program. SOLUTION: This device is provided with plural processes 1 for operating information processing, a shared resource 2 shared by the plural processes 1, a shared resource access excluding means 3 for operating the exclusive control of the access of the processes 1 to the shared resource 2, and for preventing access to the shared resource 2 from being simultaneously performed by the plural processes 1, a shared resource changing means 4 for changing the content of the shared resource 2, and a shared resource access method changing means 5 for requesting the processes 1 to operate the exclusive control of access to the shared resource 2 by using the shared resource access excluding means 3 based on a request from the shared resource changing means 4 when it is necessary to change the content of the shared resource 2.
