Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inflow of exhaust gas into an intake passage in the case the valve part is in the initial position where an actuator is not driven and only the force of a spring is applied. SOLUTION: Out of two valve elements 5 and 6, the first valve 6 on the side to serve as an inner opening valve is formed from an elastic material so as to be deformable in its axial direction, which 6 therefore receives from the exhaust gas a pressure in the direction of its closing, so that the exhaust gas is hindered from flowing into the intake passage in the initial position where an actuator 10 is not driven and only the force of a spring is applied.
