Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the shell of the sucked air controlling device of an internal combustion engine with a resin material by forming a runner formed radially between a sprue and a diaphragm gate in a taper lock part. SOLUTION: In a fixed side metal mold 11 for forming the space part of a cylindrical bore part 16, a sprue 19 which is made to penetrate the mold 11 is formed, a runner part 21 formed radially between the sprue 19 and a diaphragm 23 is arranged in a taper lock part. By making the injection port for a molten resin into a cavity a diaphragm gate 23, the molten resin can be packed uniformly in the metal cavity. The runner 21 is formed radially in the taper lock part, and a gate is made a diaphragm gate so that core dislocation between a fixed side metal mold 12 and a movable side metal mold 13 by loosening and others can be prevented, and a molding with a uniform wall thickness can be formed. |
