Sectioning device for a pipe, comprising a blinding element (201) configured for being inserted between a first flange (102) and a second flange (103) of the pipe respectively facing each other, the blinding element (201) comprising a first disc shaped plate (202) that is blind and a second disc shaped plate (203) with an orifice, coplanar and connected by a junction plate (204), the blinding element (201) being configured for interrupting a fluid flow in the pipe in a first position in which the blind first disc shaped plate (202) is inserted in a slot between the first flange (102) and the second flange (103), and further configured for allowing the fluid flow in the pipe in a second position in which the second disc shaped plate (203) with orifice is inserted in the slot, the sectioning device further comprising tightening means configured for locking the blinding element (201) interposed between the first flange (102) and the second flange (103), in the first position or in the second position. The sectioning device further comprises an openable first annular element (211) and an openable second annular element (212) being configured to be installed on the pipe so as to enclose between each other the first flange (102) and the second flange (103), wherein the fixing means comprise three tie rods (220, 221, 222) configured for tightening the first annular element (211) and the second annular element (212) into each other, the first annular element (211) and the second annular element (212) acting on the first flange (102) and on the second flange (103) to make a seal with the blinding element (201) which is interposed.
