Gymnastic apparatus for toning the various muscular regions of the human body. More specifically the invention relates to a portable apparatus of basically two-dimensional structure and of limited weight that can involve at least half of the human muscles in the various exercises. The subject of the present invention takes the form of a board fitted with mechanisms of attachment and deflection housing elastic cords with handles to pull them. The elastic cords can be pulled by the upper or lower limbs in pairs or individually as far as every point within the internal space of hemispheres whose centres are at the points where the cords emerge and whose radii are less than or equal to 2 m.
