Zusammenfassung:Guidance device 1 able to be arranged adjacent to a bone tissue 3 being subjected to surgical operation, and provided with a guide 18, 19, 20 to guide at least one surgical implement toward the bone tissue 3 in a direction of advancement 14a, a positioning assembly 2, 7, 15 for the guide 18, 19, 20 to vary the orientation of the direction of advancement 14a relative to the bone tissue 3, and a locking assembly 28 for locking at least the positioning assembly 2, 7, 15 relative to the bone tissue 3 in a plurality of operating positions; the positioning assembly 2, 7, 15 has a ball joint 7, and the guide 18, 19, 20 is defined by at least two bushings 18, 20, coaxial to each other and able to guide respective implements 43, 22.
