Zusammenfassung:	Disposable syringe 1 in which a hollow needle 7 is attached to a tubular body 2 within which there slides in a leaktight manner a plunger 11 provided with a piston 13; between plunger 11 and tubular member 2 are located first corresponding one-way attachment means which being active in a first angular position of plunger 11 permit one single aspiration movement and second corresponding one-way means of attachment which being active in a second angular position of plunger 11 allow the same to perform one compression movement only; plunger 11 also has thrust means acting together with corresponding matching means in body 2 to rotate said plunger 11 from the first to the second of the two said angular positions.
